What are Buffers?
Buffers are discreet time extensions added to the start or end of a reservation. While these added durations remain invisible to the guest, they ensure that those time slots are unavailable for other reservations. This system aids parties that require extra time for setup or cleanup for example.
How to Set Up Buffers
Buffers are package specific, so different packages can have different buffers or no buffers. First, find a package you'd like to add a buffer to. Within Package Details click edit. Under the Set Duration section you'll find Buffer time before reservation and Buffer time after reservation. Set these values to the buffer time you would like to add.
