Add On Deep Dive

What is an add on, and how to make one

Add Ons

Add ons are upsells to packages that you have set up. For example, pizza, drinks, a game card, etc. Add ons are global and only need to be created once, not once per venue. Once created, you can choose which packages your add on applies to.

How to Create Add Ons

Within the Admin Dashboard, head over to Add Ons.

Here you can see all your add ons, and create new ones. To create a new add on, click the blue + Add On button in the top right of the screen.

Within the window that pops up, customize your add on.

Pricing Methods

  • Flat rate. Flat rate is priced per add on applied. For example, $10 is the addon price. If 4 addons are selected, $40 is added to the total.
  • Per Hour. The hourly rate is determined by the reservation length. If the reservation is 2 hours, so is the length of the addon. For example, if the reservation is 2 hours, the add on is $10 per hour, and 2 add ons are added, the price would be $10 x 2 quantity x 2 hours = $40 total.

Priority

The higher the priority you assign your add on, the higher in the list of add ons this add on will appear. Assign your most purchased or most important add ons the highest priority to get them seen!

Assign Add On to Resources

You can assign add ons to resources now to keep track of inventory! (Example: Add an additional cabana). To do this, when creating/editing the package, be sure to change the "Add on Type" to based on resources:

Once that's set you can choose which resource category this add on pulls from. (you can click edit to choose specific resources within the category as well!)
