How to charge different prices for different guests on the same package

What is "age based pricing" (Pricing tiers)

Pricing tiers allows you to charge different prices for different guests, such as:

• Age groups
• Player/spectator
• Veteran/Front-Line Discount

How to Use This

This is a package level setting. Head to the package you would like to apply this to, and open the package info module

You can toggle on age groups in the "pricing methods" dropdown. Choose from

• Age groups/hour (per person/hour)
• Flat rate age groups (A simple charge per person)

Once selected, create your price groups by clicking: "add item."

• Add your groups
• create an abbreviation for this group
• Decide if there is a minimum/maximum of this group
• Determine if this group counts towards the package total number of guests (ex: does a spectator count towards the 10 guests allowed in this package?)

Now that the groups are created, we need to set up the pricing for each group. This is done in the schedule like any other pricing. Open the schedule, click edit on the pricing, and set the prices per group, per day/time:

You can also toggle specific groups off on specific days/times by toggling the group off in the schedule.

Edit the Age Based Pop up Menu

You can also edit the age based pop up menu text in the languages tab.

Head to languages, scroll down to Reservation Booking page, Edit the guest based language here
