How to Change Your Intervals
The intervals your guests can choose to make reservations at are a global setting. To change these intervals, make your way to the settings tab on the left side of the backend.
Once in settings, head over to the global tab and the change you are looking to make is found in the time slot duration field
Important Changes to Note
If any of your packages allow your guests to choose the length of their packages, you are going to have to make some changes.
The choices you provide your guests are based off of the slots you just changed. For example, if you were on 1 hour time slots, the choices you gave your guests were based on those slots. For example, a 1,2,3,4 placed in the duration options of your packages would be 1,2,3,4 slots (1-4 hours).
But if we changed our intervals to 30 minutes instead, our 1,2,3,4 duration options are now based off of 30 minute slots instead of 1 hour slots. so 1,2,3,4 is now 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, and 2 hours instead of 1-4 hours.
To update this to 1-4 hours, we would change the duration options from 1,2,3,4 to 2,4,6,8.
Be sure to keep this in mind when making interval updates.
