Key Features of Guest Profiles
Tags
Easily add guest tags to a profile for quick reference to important customer information. To add a tag, click the plus icon, select the relevant tags, and click Save. To remove a tag, click the plus icon and deselect the desired tag(s).
Notes
Keep track of guest-specific notes in the notes field. Simply click the Edit button, enter your notes, and save. You can update and modify these notes anytime.
Overview
Get a comprehensive overview of guest activity and lifetime value. This section updates automatically as guests make new reservations, providing you with up-to-date metrics.
Reservation History
Quickly view all past reservations for a specific guest. You can also check the status of each reservation and click the “info” button for detailed information.
Create a New Reservation
Use the “Create” button to quickly set up a new reservation for a guest. The guest’s information will be pre-populated into the checkout flow for your convenience.
By utilizing these features, managing and understanding your guests becomes seamless and efficient.
Navigating to the Guests Profile from the Host App
From the "Guest" Page
1. From the Host App, click the menu icon in the top left and click Guests.
2. From the Guest page search for the guest you would like to view
3. Select the Guest by clicking on the row for the desired guest.
4. You will be taken to the guest Profile Page
From the Calendar Page
1. Locate the reservation on the calendar page
2. Select the reservation by clicking on the card.
3. Click on "Profile" in the top right of the card
From the Check-In Page
1. Locate the reservation on the Check In page
2. Scroll down to the Guest Details module
3. Click on View Guest profile
