How To Automatically Ask Guests The Reason for Their Cancellation

When Guests Cancel Their Reservation, Have Them Provide a Reason.

Head over to settings within the left panel of admin

Click into the Global Tab, scroll down to "Cancellation Reasons" and toggle it on

Now input some pre-made reasons for your guests to choose from when cancelling their reservation. Be sure to click save!
