How to Price Packages (Different Prices for Different Times)

How to set different prices for different times or dates

Pricing In Rex

Prices are created within the schedule of your package. Each time frame created allows you to set a price, meaning every time range on every date could be priced differently.

How to Set Pricing

Create a new package, or select a previously made package.

Venue -> Packages -> Add Package

Click on the packages Schedule, or create a new one if it does not exist.

Create your schedule based off price.

Each day allows for multiple time slots to be created. If you have different prices for different times, create those time slots and price them accordingly.

Temporarily Raise Prices (Holiday)

If you are wanting to temporarily raise prices, do not change the prices in your main schedule. This can cause confusions and mistakes in pricing.

First, select the package you want to temporarily change.

Clone your schedule

Cloning the schedule will create a second version of your main schedule, keeping the time frames the same. But on this clone, you will change the prices for those time frames.

Set priority higher than main schedule

Setting the priority higher will make sure this schedule takes precedent over your main schedule.

Set the Start and End Date

We only want this schedule to take over during the dates we want the prices to be higher. Set the dates accordingly.

Change the Prices

Now go through your schedule, and change the prices to match your temporarily raised prices.

Is your package free?

If your package is free and you don't want to display the price on the card, you have the option to toggle the price being shown:
