How to get alerted of TripleSeat, Steltronic, GoTab, or other integration error notifications
There are 2 ways you can receive error notifications from integrations.
1.) Notifications from all locations
2.) Notifications from one of your locations
Notifications from all Locations
To get error notifications from all locations, when logged into app.reservewithrex.com, head to the settings tab:
Then head to the integrations tab, scroll down to mailgun, and place all emails wanting notifications from all location in the "Error notifications" field, separated by commas-gif.gif?width=999&height=439&name=chrome-capture-2024-7-15%20(1)-gif.gif)
Notifications from one of your locations
If you only want to get notifications from one location and not all locations, first enter that individual location on app.reservewithrex.com-gif.gif?width=1000&height=433&name=chrome-capture-2024-7-15%20(2)-gif.gif)
On the general tab enter the reservation settings module, scroll down to error notifications and enter all emails to receive error notifications from this location, separated by commas
