"Your venue, Your venue", how do you prevent this?
Why is this happening?
The reason your business name is appearing in the subject line twice is because the subject line displays: "business name, venue name"
For Example: "The Chase Center, St. Louis Location." But if your venue name IS your business name, it will show "The Chase Center, the Chase Center"
How to Fix it
It's a simple fix with a flip of a toggle! Head to settings on the left side of your admin screen
Navigate to the Global tab
And on the right side under Global Settings, toggle on "Hide Company Name from Emails." This will only place your venue name in the subject line.
