Send Thank You/Follow Up Emails

Send emails AFTER the reservation is completed!

How to Create Thank You Emails

Thank you emails are venue level settings - meaning they can be different per venue, but will be the same email for each package within that venue.

To begin creating this email - head to the venue you want to create your first thank you email for:

Next, navigate to the languages tab, and scroll down to the emails module

By clicking edit on this module, you can toggle on the thank you email. Toggling this on will send the details you input within the section.

Note: The email will send "X minutes" after the reservation time is completed.
