Rex offers various user roles with different permissions. In this guide, we will provide an overview of each role and the corresponding permissions granted.

Staff (Entry):


  • Assigned to one location
  • Access to Host App
  • Can create reservations

Staff (Lead):


  • Assigned to one locations
  • Access to Host App
  • Can create reservations
  • Can cancel reservations
  • Can refund reservations
  • Can create calendar blocks

Regional Manager:

  • Assigned to specific locations
  • Access Host App
  • Can create reservations
  • Can cancel reservations
  • Can refund reservations
  • Can create calendar blocks
  • (Future changes to be made)

Regional Admin:

  • Assigned to specific locations
  • Access to Host App and Admin Settings
  • Can create reservations
  • Can cancel reservations
  • Can refund reservations
  • Can create calendar blocks
  • Can make changes to settings

Global Admin:


  • Assigned to all locations
  • Access to Host App and Admin Settings
  • Can create reservations
  • Can cancel reservations
  • Can refund reservations

Super Admin:


  • Assigned to all locations
  • Access to Host App and Admin Settings
  • Can create reservations
