Staff (Entry):
- Assigned to one location
- Access to Host App
- Can create reservations
Staff (Lead):
- Assigned to one locations
- Access to Host App
- Can create reservations
- Can cancel reservations
- Can refund reservations
- Can create calendar blocks
Regional Manager:
- Assigned to specific locations
- Access Host App
- Can create reservations
- Can cancel reservations
