How to see if a reservation has been paid, partially paid, unpaid, or is fully refunded
To View Payment Status
Host App -> Reservations -> Specific Reservation -> Payment
Inside the host app, you can view the status of each reservation in the Payment module. There are four status's a reservation can have:
Paid
A 100% paid reservation shows up as a green tag labeled paid, and the guest does not need to make any further payments.
Unpaid
A reservation with no payment at all is marked red and labeled unpaid. This guest still needs to make the entire payment.
Partially Paid
A reservation that has had some payment but has not fully been paid appears yellow and is labeled partially paid. This guest needs to pay the remaining balance.
Refunded
A reservation that has been fully refunded shows up orange and is labeled refunded.
