Why is it asking for an email and phone number?
What is Skip Guest Details?
The host app is used to take walk-in clients frequently. When creating a reservation within the host app however, a lot of questions are asked and can take some time. These are required fields within Rex as well.
If you want the option to "skip" filling in these guest details to save time, providing an email and phone number in the "Skip guest details" section of the backend will give you the option to press "skip" when it comes to entering those details, as it will use the email and phone number provided to fill in the fields.
To activate this feature:
Venue -> Host -> Skip Guest Details
