What is Staff Capacity
Staff capacity is how many reservations can start at the same time.
How to set Staff Capacity
Staff capacity is a package level setting found in the packages calendars.
Package -> Calendar -> Staff Capacity
Examples
If we have a package with Staff Capacity = 1, that means that this package can be the only package starting at this time. If there is a reservation at 5pm, the package with staff cap = 1 cannot also start at 1.
If we have a package with Staff Capacity = 2, that means that there can be one other reservation starting at that time. If that reservation takes up 3 different resources, that is totally fine. Staff cap looks at reservations, not resources. In this example, if there was one reservation at 5pm, our package with staff cap = 2 can also be reserved at 5pm. But if there are 2 reservations booked at 5pm, our staff cap = 2 reservation cannot start at 2.
Staff cap only looks at start times. So if we have a package with staff cap = 2, and there are 5 different reservations going on at 5 pm, as long as no other packages are starting at 5pm, we can reserve our staff cap = 2 reservation at 5 (so long as there are resources available)
