Issue: Within the host app, a common function is selecting a reservation and easily being able to refund that reservation. But some users may see that the refund function is not working for them. Below are the common reasons this may be.
Capture Payment Toggle Off
Usually the case refunds not working is the capture payment toggle within integrations being turned off. When this is off, usually you can refund the reservation through the payment processor themselves. In the above case, we would do it through Stripe.
