How to set up/manage memberships

If you have access to memberships, this is exactly how you can set up membership tiers, and the membership benefits that go along with each tier.

Key Steps

Verify Membership Integration

• • Confirm if the memberships tab is visible in the system.

  • If not visible, contact a representative or visit the website to add the memberships integration (note: this incurs an additional monthly fee and a 3% charge per subscription).

  

Connect Memberships with Stripe

1. • Access the memberships tab and click on "Connect with Stripe."

   • Log in to your Stripe account or set up a new account if necessary.

   • Ensure successful integration with Stripe to enable recurring payments.

Create Membership Plans

In the memberships tab, click on "Add Plan." This will create plans that guests can purchase.

1. • Fill in the following details:

     • Plan Name: e.g., "Gold Membership."

     • Membership Benefits: Clearly outline what members will receive.

     • Free Trial: Specify if a free trial is available.

     • Onboarding Fee: Indicate any one-time setup fees.

     • Monthly and Annual Rates: Set the pricing for each plan.

   • Activate the subscription once all details are finalized.

Assign Membership Discounts 

• • Assign this membership discounts that automatically apply to this tier.

  • Any discounts added will automatically apply for users of this membership when the discount conditions are met.

Create Members Only Packages

1. • Develop packages that provide exclusive benefits to members.

   • Example: "Early Access to Simulators."

   • Toggle the package to ensure it is only available to specific membership tiers (e.g., Gold and Silver members).

   • Assign the package to the appropriate memberships.

Your URL to View Memberships

The URL to view your memberships has the following structure, your REX url + /memberships?billing=monthly

For example: sparkys.reservewithrex.com/memberships?billing=monthly
