Internal Checklist
This is a list of settings and configurations to test before going live with your REX page.
1. Your Payment Gateway is Configured
Run a test transaction and check your payment processor to ensure that funds are hitting your account.
2. Check all site information and language
Go through the entire reservation flow and check that all the language, imagery, and information is correct and on brand.
3. Schedule, Availability, and Pricing
Check the schedules and availability for all your activities and packages. Ensure that the correct number of resources are available during your operating hours and that the price is accurate.
4. Tax Setup and Custom Fees
If you are charging tax or custom fees, run a test transaction to ensure the amounts are correct.
5. Email Confirmations when a Reservation is Made
Check that the designated managers/admins are receiving email confirmations every time a reservation is made.
6. Host App
Check that all reservations are populating in the Host App. Try canceling, modifying, reassigning lanes, and making admin reservations within the Host App.
7. Admin Access
Confirm that the appropriate team members have access to the REX Dashboard and Host App
8. Links for your Website
