Configure advanced add-on settings
Configure deposit rules, lead time, email notifications, guest-facing display options, and membership restrictions for an add-on.
Open the add-on's settings
Navigate to the Manage > Add Ons page. Click the add-on to open its detail page. All advanced settings live on the General tab.
Configure Add On Settings
Click Edit on the Add On Settings card. Set deposit, lead time, email notifications, and the behavioral toggles listed below. Click Save changes when done.
Configure membership restrictions (optional)
Click Edit on the Membership Settings card. Enable Member Only Addon to restrict the add-on to guests with an active membership. Select which membership plans qualify. Save when done.
Add tags (optional)
Click Edit on the Tags card. Tags are used for internal filtering and reporting. They are not shown to guests.
Set revenue attribution (optional)
Click Edit on the Revenue Attribution card. Map the add-on to a revenue category for financial reporting.

| Email Notifications | Comma-separated email addresses that receive a notification when this add-on is booked. |
| Lead Time (hours) | How many hours in advance a guest must add this item before the booking start time. |
| Allow Customer Notes | When on, guests see a text field to enter notes for this add-on. |
| Match Guest Count | When on, the add-on quantity is automatically set to match the number of guests. |
| Match Resource Count | When on, the add-on quantity is automatically set to match the number of resources booked. |
| Hide Quantity Picker | When on, the quantity selector is hidden from guests; quantity is set automatically. |
| Hide Price | When on, the add-on price is not displayed on the booking page. |
| Auto Add Addon | When on, this add-on is automatically added to the cart without guest action. |

| Membership Plans | Which membership plans grant access to this add-on. |
