Set a target launch date and work through the setup steps on the Onboarding page.
Branding and design
Upload your logos and banner, set your booking page colors, and edit the page titles and logo theme in Settings → Global Settings.

Set account-wide defaults such as currency, date format, time slot duration and the 24-hour clock, plus booking page display switches, in Settings → Global Settings.
Create your first venue
Add a venue in Rex, from scratch or by cloning one you already have, and get it ready to take bookings.
Create your resources
Create the bookable inventory at your venue (lanes, bays, tables, rooms), group it into categories, bulk-create it, and control where each resource can be booked.
Create and configure a package
Create a bookable package, then set its pricing, guest limits, duration, resources, schedule, and visibility.
Set up Stripe payments
Connect a venue to your Stripe account so it can take real online payments.
Go live checklist
Check your booking page, packages, payments and team, make a test booking, then open your venue to guests.
Invite users and understand roles and permissions
Invite teammates to your Rex account, assign the right role, and manage existing users — change passwords, reassign venues, or remove access.
