Create an add-on
Create an add-on item guests can select when booking, and configure its name, description, pricing, and quantity rules.
Navigate to Add Ons
You will see a list of all existing add-ons. Click **Create Add On** in the top-right corner.
Enter the add-on name and description
A dialog opens. Fill in the name and description fields, then click **Save changes**. The add-on is created and you land on its detail page.
Configure Add On Info
Update the name, internal name, priority, and descriptions as needed, then save.
Configure pricing and quantity
Set the pricing method, price, add-on type, and min/max quantity. Save when done.
Set the add-on as active
Toggle **Add On Is Active** on. Toggle **Add On Is Required** if this add-on must be included in every booking for applicable packages.
Upload a thumbnail (optional)
Select an image file. The thumbnail displays on the guest-facing booking page.

| Pricing Method | **Flat Rate** charges a fixed amount. **Per Hour** multiplies the price by booking duration. |
| Price | The base price charged for this add-on. |
| Add On Type | **Package Based** adds a fixed quantity. **Guest Count** scales to the number of guests. **Resource Based** ties the add-on to a specific resource category (e.g., a lane). |
| Deposit Percentage | **No Deposit (0%)** skips a deposit for this add-on. **Use Package Deposit** inherits the package's deposit rule. |
| Minimum Quantity | The minimum a guest can select. Must be greater than 0. |
| Maximum Quantity | The maximum a guest can select. Must be greater than or equal to the minimum. |
