Admin-only questions (not shown to guests)
Admin-only questions let your staff record information about a reservation (notes, preferences, special requests) that guests do not see.

Navigate to Custom Checkout Fields
Go to Settings or the Venue settings and find the Checkout Questions or Custom Fields section.

Create or edit a question
Click Add Question or click an existing question to edit it.

Toggle Admin Only
Find the Admin Only or Host App Only toggle and turn it on.

Save
Click Save. This question will only appear in the Host App reservation view, not on the guest booking page.
