Set up error notification emails for failed payments and integration issues
How to configure which email address receives system error alerts and booking failure notifications.

Navigate to Settings
Go to Settings → Notifications or Settings → General.
Settings›Notifications

Find the Error Notification Email field
Look for the field labeled Error Email, Alert Email, or Notification Email.

Enter the email address
Enter the email address that should receive system alerts, failed payment notifications, and integration errors.

Save
Click Save.
