How guests cancel a reservation
Guests can cancel their own reservations through the confirmation email link, subject to your cancellation policy.

Open the confirmation email
The guest opens their booking confirmation email.

Click Manage Reservation
The guest clicks the Manage Reservation link.

Click Cancel
The guest clicks Cancel Reservation.

Confirm cancellation
The guest confirms. If within the refund window, they receive a full or partial refund per your policy.
