What guests see in the confirmation email

Every completed booking triggers an automatic confirmation email to the guest's email address.

What the confirmation email includes

• Venue name and address
• Package name and description
• Date and time of the reservation
• Number of guests
• Resources assigned (lanes, bays)
• Total charged and payment breakdown
• Add-ons ordered
• Cancellation policy
• Manage Reservation link (to modify or cancel)
• Add to Calendar button (if enabled)
