View and filter reservations

Find and browse reservations in the host app using date tabs, venue filters, search, and custom filter rules.

Navigate to Reservations

The list shows all reservations for your venues. Each row displays the guest name, reservation number, date, time, duration, guest count, total, payment status, and check-in status.

Filter by date range

Selecting **Custom** opens the Filter panel where you can set a specific date range or other conditions.

Filter by venue

The list updates to show only reservations for that venue. Select **All Venues** to see all locations.

Search for a reservation

The list filters as you type. Searching clears any active custom filters.

Apply advanced filters

Add one or more filter rules. Each rule has three parts: a parameter, a condition, and a value. Click **See Results** to apply.

Sort the list

Sorting is available for all columns except Total.

Export to CSV

A `report.csv` file downloads with all reservations matching the current filters.

Open a reservation

Click any row to open the reservation detail page.

Reservation DateThe date the reservation is scheduled.
Reservation Created DateThe date the reservation was originally booked.
GuestsNumber of guests on the reservation.
DurationLength of the reservation.
Start TimeScheduled start time.
Card Last 4Last four digits of the payment card.

The summary bar above the list shows the total count of reservations, guests, and revenue for the current filter.

Searching clears any custom filters. Switching date tabs also clears the search.

Custom filters persist in the URL β€” you can bookmark or share a filtered view.
