Make a checkout question required
How to mark a checkout question as required so guests must answer it before completing a booking.

Open the package
Go to Venues → Your Venue → Packages and open the package.
Venues›Packages

Find the Custom Checkout Fields section
Scroll to the Custom Checkout Fields section.

Enable the question
Check the checkbox next to the question you want to include.

Toggle Required
Once the question is enabled, toggle the Required switch to on.

Save
Click Save. Guests will not be able to complete checkout without answering this question.
