Set up venue-level integrations
Enable and configure third-party integrations for a specific venue, including POS systems, payment processors, marketing tools, and tee-time management platforms.
Navigate to the venue
Navigate to the venue
You land on the General tab. Scroll down past the venue settings cards to the Integrations section.
Find the integration
Integrations are shown as cards. Enabled integrations appear first, followed by inactive ones.
If no integrations appear, your account has no global integrations enabled. Click Add Integrations to go to the global Integrations settings and enable them first.
Click Settings on the integration card
Click the settings icon on the integration card you want to configure.
A modal opens with the fields specific to that integration.
Configure the fields and save
Fill in the required fields for your integration. Click Save when done.

### Tripleseat
Event management integration. Blocks reservations when Tripleseat events are confirmed.

| Enable Tripleseat | Activates the Tripleseat integration for this venue. |
| Enable Tripleseat Party | Sends inquiry submissions into Tripleseat as leads. |
| Location ID | The Tripleseat location this venue maps to. |
| Room ID | The Tripleseat room to associate with this venue. |
| Timezone Offset (hours) | Hour offset to apply when sending event times to Tripleseat. |
| Pull events from Tripleseat | Imports Tripleseat events to block availability on the booking calendar. |
| Statuses | Which Tripleseat event statuses (Definite, Prospect, Tentative) trigger availability blocks. |
| Enable Tripleseat Check In | Allows check-in actions to sync back to Tripleseat. |
| Enable Tripleseat GoTab Check In | Syncs check-in to both Tripleseat and GoTab simultaneously. Only visible when Tripleseat Check In is on. |
### GoTab
POS integration for food and beverage. Opens a venue-specific GoTab setup modal.
Configuration is handled through the GoTab modal, which includes tab/workflow settings and product mapping.
### Square
Payment processor and POS integration.

| Enable Square | Activates Square for this venue. |
| Location ID | The Square location to charge payments to. |
| Cash App Enable | Allows guests to pay via Cash App at checkout. |
| Afterpay Enable | Allows guests to pay in installments via Afterpay. |
| Bank Account Enable | Enables ACH/bank account payments. |

Bowling management system integration.

### Texting (Twilio)
SMS notifications for guests.

| Enable Auto Confirmation Text | Sends an SMS confirmation when a reservation is created. |

| Phone Number | The Twilio phone number guests receive messages from. |

### Patch
Carbon offset integration.

• Integrations only appear if they are enabled at the account level in Settings > Integrations. If an integration card is missing, it has not been activated for your account.
• GoTab and Mailchimp use dedicated configuration modals. Gift Cards also open a separate modal covering Factor4, GiftUp, and native gift card settings.
• Bulk resource mapping for Tripleseat, GoTab, Steltronic, About Golf, and InRange is available from the Actions menu on the venue page.
