Create a waiver template

Create a digital waiver template and assign it to packages so guests sign before or during check-in.

Navigate to Waivers

You'll see a table of existing waiver templates. Click **Create Waiver**.

Name the template and set expiration

Enter a name and choose how long a signed waiver remains valid. Click **Create** to continue.

Build the waiver content

The visual waiver builder opens. Add your waiver text, fields, and signature blocks using the builder interface.

Save the template

Click **Save** in the top-right corner. The template is saved and appears in your waiver list.

Assign the waiver to a package

Click the **Waiver Settings** row. Enable the waiver, select a rule for when it must be signed, and choose the template from the **Waiver Template** dropdown. Save the package.

- A waiver template must be created before it can be assigned to a package.

- One template can be assigned to multiple packages.

- Guests who have already signed a valid (non-expired) waiver are not asked to sign again.

- Use **Copy waiver link** from the waiver list to share a direct signing link, or **Copy waiver link for guest** for a guest-facing version.
