Edit your profile, change password, and manage payment methods
Update your account details, change your password, and add or manage saved credit cards from your guest account.
Open your profile
From your account page, click [Profile] in the left sidebar (or tap the menu on mobile and select [Account Details]).
The profile page has up to three sections: Account Details, Subscriptions (if you have active memberships), and Change Password.
Update account details
Edit your [First Name], [Last Name], or [Phone Number] directly in the form fields. The [Email] field is read-only and cannot be changed. Click [SAVE] to apply your changes. A confirmation message "Profile is updated." appears on success. All fields are required — leaving any blank shows a validation error.
Change your password
Scroll down to the [Change Password] section. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password. Click [SAVE]. Both new password fields must match. If the current password is incorrect, an error alert appears.
Open Payment Methods
Click [Payment Methods] in the left sidebar (or select [Payment Details] from the mobile menu). This option is only available when the venue uses Stripe as its payment processor.
The page lists all saved credit cards, each showing the card brand icon (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and the last four digits.
Add a new credit card
Click [Add Credit Card]. A modal opens with a Stripe card input field. Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC. Click [Add Card] to save it to your account.
Manage an existing card
Click [Manage Card] next to any saved card. This opens a Stripe billing portal session where you can update card details or remove the card.
