Add a Contact tab to your reservation page

The Contact tab gives guests a way to reach you directly from your reservation page. You can configure it to display a built-in contact form or redirect guests to a URL of your choosing.

Default

Built-in Contact Form

A form appears when guests click the tab, allowing them to submit questions directly.

Best for: Venues that want to collect inquiries without leaving the Rex page

External Redirect

Clicking the tab redirects guests to another URL, such as your website's contact page.

Best for: Venues with an existing contact or inquiry system

1

Navigate to the Event Inquiry Title setting

Open your venue's language settings and scroll to the Events and Packages section.

2

Enter a title for the Contact tab

Type your desired tab label in the Event Inquiry Title field. Simply placing text in this field makes the tab appear on your reservation page. By default, clicking the tab opens the built-in contact form.

3

Toggle on Events Redirect for an external URL (optional)

If you want the tab to redirect guests instead of showing the form, scroll down and toggle on Events Redirect. Paste a valid URL in the Redirect URL field.

4

Verify the tab on your reservation page

Open your reservation page and confirm the Contact tab appears. Click it to test that it either shows the form or redirects correctly.
