Update the language and text on your reservation page
Your reservation page includes several customizable text blocks that provide venue-specific information to guests. Each venue has its own language settings, so you can tailor the messaging per location.
Navigate to the Language tab
Select the venue you want to update, then click the Language tab at the top of the venue page.
Click Edit on the section you want to update
The language settings are organized into three sections: Reservations, Events & Packages, and Guest Email Confirmation. Click the blue Edit button on the right side of the section you want to modify.
Reservations section fields
| Field | Description |

| General Description | A description of your venue shown at the top of the reservation page. Explain what guests should expect. |
| Reservation Details | Optional text displayed under the Available Reservation Times heading. Leave blank to hide. |
| Venue Policies | Policies guests should know before booking, such as dress codes or age restrictions. |
| Checkout Note | Disclaimers and cancellation policies shown on the payment page. |
| Reservation Unavailable | Message shown when no reservations are available for the selected time. |
| Venue Closed | Message displayed when the venue is closed for the day. |
Events & Packages section fields

| Packages Title | The tab title for your packages section. Customize it to match your brand (e.g., "Party Bundles"). |
| Packages Description | An explanation of what guests can expect when purchasing a package. Supports HTML links. |
| No Packages Available | A short message when no packages are available for the selected date. |
| Event Inquiry | The tab title for your event inquiry section (e.g., "Large Events" or "Venue Buyout"). |
| Event Description | Information guests see when submitting an event request. |
| Event Notes | Notes displayed before guests submit an event inquiry, such as response times. |
Guest Email Confirmation
The Email Copy Bold field lets you customize the text in the confirmation email guests receive after booking. Use this to include reminders about bringing a matching credit card, photo ID, or any other check-in instructions.
Save your changes
After editing each section, click Save. Visit your reservation page to confirm the updated text appears correctly.
