Configure SMS texting (Twilio)
Rex sends SMS messages using your own Twilio account. You need a Twilio account with a Messaging Service set up before completing this configuration.

Open the Texting integration
Navigate to the Integrations page.
Marketplace›Integrations

Enter your Twilio credentials
Fill in all Twilio fields from your Twilio Console.

Save
Rex will route outbound SMS through your Twilio account.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Account ID | Your Twilio Account SID. Found on the Twilio Console dashboard. |
| Auth Token | Your Twilio Auth Token. Found on the Twilio Console dashboard. |
| API Key | A Twilio API key SID (created under Account > API Keys). |
| API Secret | The secret paired with the API Key. Only shown once at creation. |
| Messaging Service ID | The SID of your Twilio Messaging Service (starts with MG). |
| Chat Service ID | The SID of a Twilio Conversations service, if used for two-way chat. |
