Configure international settings (Outside the USA)

Rex supports international venues with configurable time zones, currencies, and phone number formats. Each setting is managed at a different level depending on whether it applies globally or per venue.

Time zones

1

Navigate to your venue's Venue Info settings

Time zones are a per-venue setting. Open the venue you want to configure and locate the Venue Info section.

Phone numbers

Phone number country codes can be selected anywhere a phone number field appears. Both you and your guests can choose the appropriate country when entering a phone number.

24-hour clock

The 24-hour clock โ€” also called military time โ€” changes the time display from the standard 12-hour format (11:00, 12:00, 1:00) to 24-hour format (11:00, 12:00, 13:00). Instead of running from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the clock runs from 00:00 to 24:00. It's a single global toggle that applies to all of your venues.

Toggle on the 24-hour clock

Open Settings, click the Global tab, and turn on the 24 Hour Clock toggle in the Global Settings section. This switches every venue from 12-hour AM/PM time to military time.
