Global settings
Global settings are account-wide defaults that apply to every venue you operate. Set these once during onboarding and you'll rarely touch them again. The four settings to configure: currency, date format, time slot duration, and the 24-hour clock toggle.
All four live in the right-side panel of the Global Settings page.
Currency
Defaults to US Dollar. If you operate outside the US, open the Currency dropdown and switch to the currency for your country. The selection applies to every venue and to prices guests see during checkout.
Date format
Defaults to MM/DD/YYYY (US format). Open the Date Format dropdown and switch to DD/MM/YYYY for international markets. The format is used on the reservation page, in confirmation emails, and across the admin dashboard.
Time slot duration
Time slot duration controls how often reservation slots appear on your page — every 30 minutes by default. You can also set it to 15, 10, or 5 minutes for denser scheduling, or 60 minutes for longer-format experiences.
Duration options on packages are measured in slots, not hours. If you change time slot duration from 1 hour to 30 minutes, a package that previously offered 1, 2, 3, 4-hour durations now offers 30 min, 1 hr, 1.5 hr, 2 hr. Update each affected package's duration options after changing this setting.
24-hour clock
By default, times show in 12-hour format (1:00 PM). Toggle 24 Hour Clock on to switch to 24-hour format (13:00) across the reservation page, admin dashboard, and all confirmation emails.
Changes save as you make them. Refresh your reservation page in another tab to confirm the new currency, date format, and clock display the way you want.
