Add custom fees to an activity or package
Custom fees let you add charges like convenience fees, facility fees, or service charges to the final price of a reservation at checkout.

Navigate to the package or activity
Open the package where you want to add a custom fee.

Scroll to the Custom Fees section
Locate the Custom Fees module within the package settings.

Enter the fee details
Fill out the required fields for your custom fee.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Service Fee | The dollar amount or percentage to charge (e.g., 10). |
| Service Fee Name | The label guests see in the order summary (e.g., "Convenience Fee"). |
| Service Fee Type | Choose dollar ($) for a fixed amount or percent (%) for a percentage of the total. |
| Taxable | Toggle on if this fee should be subject to tax. |

Save your changes
Click Save Changes to apply the fee. It will appear as a line item in the guest's order summary at checkout.
