Klaviyo integration setup
Klaviyo is a powerful email marketing and automation platform. The integration sends reservation events to Klaviyo, enabling automated flows like post-booking follow-ups and birthday reminders.

Go to Integrations
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.

Find Klaviyo
Search for "Klaviyo" in the integrations list.

Enable Klaviyo
Toggle Klaviyo on. The settings modal opens.

Enter your Klaviyo API key
Paste your Klaviyo Private API key. Found in Klaviyo under Account > Settings > API Keys.

Configure events
Select which reservation events to send to Klaviyo: Reservation Created, Reservation Confirmed, Reservation Cancelled. Each event includes reservation and guest metadata.

Save and verify
Click Save. In Klaviyo, go to Analytics > Metrics to confirm events are arriving after a test reservation.
