Integrations overview
Navigate to Marketplace > Integrations to connect Rex with external services. Each integration card shows its current status — click Add to enable or Settings to configure.
Payment & POS

Notes:
Enable an integration for a venue
Once an integration is active at the account level, you also need to enable and configure it on each venue that should use it. This is done from the venue's General tab.
Open the venue
Click the venue you want to configure. You land on the General tab. Scroll past the venue settings cards to the Integrations section.
Find the integration
Integrations are shown as cards. Enabled integrations appear first, followed by inactive ones. If no integrations appear, your account has no global integrations enabled — click Add Integrations to go to the global Integrations settings and enable them first.
Click Settings on the integration card
A modal opens with the fields specific to that integration.
Configure the fields and save
Fill in the required fields for your integration. Click Save when done.
Per-integration venue configuration reference
Each integration enabled at the venue level has its own configuration fields. Below is a reference for what each one needs.
Tripleseat
Event management integration. Blocks reservations when Tripleseat events are confirmed.

| Enable Tripleseat Check In | Allows check-in actions to sync back to Tripleseat. |
| Enable Tripleseat GoTab Check In | Syncs check-in to both Tripleseat and GoTab simultaneously. Only visible when Tripleseat Check In is on. |
GoTab
POS integration for food and beverage. Opens a venue-specific GoTab setup modal with tab/workflow settings and product mapping.
Square
Payment processor and POS integration.

Notes
- Integrations only appear if they are enabled at the account level in Settings > Integrations. If an integration card is missing, it has not been activated for your account.
- GoTab and Mailchimp use dedicated configuration modals. Gift Cards also open a separate modal covering Factor4, GiftUp, and native gift card settings.
- Bulk resource mapping for Tripleseat, GoTab, Steltronic, About Golf, and InRange is available from the Actions menu on the venue page.
