Custom checkout questions
Create a custom checkout question

Navigate to the Questions section
In the admin dashboard at app.reservewithrex.com, click Questions in the left sidebar.

Click Add Question
In the custom checkout questions view, click Add Question to open the question builder.

Enter the question details and select the type
Fill in the question text and choose the question type that best fits your needs.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Single Line Text | The guest types a free-form answer. |
| Dropdown | Provide a list of options and the guest selects one. |
| Multi-Select | Provide a list of options and the guest can select multiple. |
| Date Fields | Collect a date from the guest. Two different date display styles available. |

Save the question
Click Save Changes to create the question. It is now available to attach to any package.
Apply the question to a package

Navigate to the package and scroll to custom checkout questions
Open any package at any venue and scroll down to the Custom Checkout Questions section. Select the question you created to attach it to this package.

Verify at checkout
Visit your reservation page and go through the booking flow to confirm the question appears during checkout.
