Create an event or party package
Build a complete event or party package with pricing, schedule, images, and deposit settings for your reservation page.
Navigate to Packages and add a new package
Open the venue where you want to add the event package.
Enter the package information
Fill out all the required fields in the pop-up form that appears.
| Field | Description |

| Package Name | The name guests see when browsing packages (e.g., "Premium Axe Throwing Package"). |
| Description | Describe what the package includes. Supports HTML formatting for bullet points and styling. |
| Pricing Method | Choose Flat Rate for a fixed price per package, or Per Person Flat for per-guest pricing. |
| Number of Lanes | How many resources (lanes, bays, rooms) are designated for this package. |
| Duration | How many hours the package lasts. |
| Min/Max Guests | The minimum and maximum number of guests allowed per booking. |
| Deposit Percentage | Percentage collected at booking. Enter 100 to collect full payment upfront. |
| Lead Time | How far in advance someone can book, calculated in minutes (60 = 1 hour). |
Create a schedule for the package
Set the days, times, and prices when the package is available. Each time slot can have a different price for different days of the week.
Upload a thumbnail and activate the package
In the Package Controls section on the right, click Browse to upload a square thumbnail image (400x400 pixels recommended). Then toggle the package status from Inactive to Active.
Verify the package on your reservation page
Visit your reservation page to confirm the package appears with the correct details, pricing, and available time slots.
You can customize the default Reservation Details and Select Time labels at the bottom of the package settings.
