Different prices for different types of guests
If your package needs different price points for different guest types (such as adults vs. children, or players vs. spectators), you can configure pricing groups within a single package.
Create the pricing groups
Navigate to the package settings
Open the package where you want to set up guest-type pricing.
Select the pricing method
Change the Pricing Method to either Age Based Per Hour or Age Based - Flat Rate, depending on whether you charge hourly or a one-time fee.
Set up your pricing groups
Create the different guest groups (for example, Adult, Child, Spectator). For each group, use the Count toggle to control whether that group counts toward the maximum guests allowed in the package.
Price the groups
Navigate to the package schedule
Open the schedule associated with this package.
Click Edit under the rate section
For each time slot and day, click Edit to set the price for each guest group. You can also toggle specific groups off for certain times or days.
Save and verify your pricing
Click Save Changes and visit your reservation page to confirm the guest-type pricing appears correctly during checkout.
