Set different prices by guest type (age-based pricing)

Pricing tiers let you charge different rates for different guest types within the same package — adults vs. children, players vs. spectators, or discount groups like veterans. You define the groups on the package, then price each one in the schedule.

Choose a pricing method

Age Groups / Hour

Most common

Charge per person per hour. Each guest type has its own hourly rate.

Example: Adult: $15/hr, Child: $10/hr

Best for: Venues with hourly bookings and varying guest types

Flat Rate Age Groups

Charge a simple flat rate per person. No hourly calculation.

Example: Adult: $25, Child: $15

Best for: Fixed-duration events or activities

⚠️Warning

At least one age group must have Count toggled on. If Count is off for every group, the package has no guests that count toward capacity and won't be bookable.
