Set different prices by guest type (age-based pricing)
Pricing tiers let you charge different rates for different guest types within the same package — adults vs. children, players vs. spectators, or discount groups like veterans. You define the groups on the package, then price each one in the schedule.
Choose a pricing method
Age Groups / Hour
Most commonCharge per person per hour. Each guest type has its own hourly rate.
Best for: Venues with hourly bookings and varying guest types
Flat Rate Age Groups
Charge a simple flat rate per person. No hourly calculation.
Best for: Fixed-duration events or activities
Set up your pricing tiers
At least one age group must have Count toggled on. If Count is off for every group, the package has no guests that count toward capacity and won't be bookable.
Open the package
Open the package you want to apply pricing tiers to.
Select a pricing method
In the Package Info module, open the Pricing Methods dropdown and choose Age Groups / Hour (per-person hourly rates) or Flat Rate Age Groups (a one-time fee per guest).
Add your guest groups
Click Add Item for each group. Enter a name, an abbreviation, and optional minimum and maximum counts. Use the Count toggle to control whether the group counts toward the package's maximum guest limit.
Price each group in the schedule
Open the schedule for this package and click Edit on the pricing section. Set a price for each group per day and time slot. You can also toggle specific groups off for certain days or times.
Save and verify
Click Save Changes, then open your reservation page and start a booking to confirm each tier appears correctly.
