Price packages with different rates by time or date
Prices in Rex are set within the schedule of each package. Every time slot on every day can have its own price, giving you full control over your pricing structure.
Setting up standard pricing
Navigate to your package
Create a new package or select an existing one.
Open the package schedule
Click on the schedule within the package, or create a new one if none exists.
Create time slots and set prices
Each day can have multiple time slots. If you charge different rates at different times, create separate time slots and price each one accordingly.
Temporarily raising prices for holidays
Select the package and clone its schedule
Do not edit your main schedule directly. Instead, clone it to create a temporary version with the same time frames.
Set the priority higher than the main schedule
Give the cloned schedule a higher priority number so it takes precedence over your main schedule during the temporary period.
Set the start and end dates
Limit the cloned schedule to only the dates you want the raised prices to apply.
Enter the temporary prices and save
Update each time slot with the temporary pricing and save. Your main schedule pricing remains unchanged for all other dates.
