Enable and use early check-in
Early check-in lets guests arrive before their scheduled start time and begin their activity as soon as a lane or resource is available. Enabling this feature in venue settings allows staff to check in guests ahead of schedule.
Open the venue settings
Go to Manage > Venues > [Your Venue] > Host Settings in the admin dashboard.
Enable early check-in
Find the early check-in option and toggle it on. Configure the allowed early check-in window (e.g. up to 30 minutes before the reservation start time).
Save changes
Click Save to apply the setting.
Use early check-in in the host app
In the Host App Check-In page, reservations within the early check-in window become available before their scheduled time. Tap the reservation and use the Check-In button.
Monitor floor changes
The floor map updates to show the early check-in guest as active on their assigned lane.
