Check in guests
Find a reservation on the Check-in page and mark guests as arrived.
Open the Check-in page
The page opens to today's date automatically. The left panel lists all reservations grouped by status. The right panel shows details for whichever reservation is selected.
Find the reservation
Use the search bar at the top of the left panel to filter by guest name, phone number, email, or reservation number. Reservations are sorted by start time within each status group.
Select the reservation
Click any reservation card to load its details in the right panel. The selected card is highlighted with a blue border.
Review reservation details
The detail panel shows date, start time, duration, guest name, guest count, assigned resources, and payment summary. Verify the booking matches the party at the venue before proceeding.
Click Check In +
The **Check In +** button is in the top-right area of the detail panel. Click it to mark the reservation as arrived. Depending on venue settings, one of the following may happen first: - **Early check-in prompt** β If the reservation hasn't reached its scheduled start time yet, a modal asks whether to move the start time to now or keep the original. Choose **Move to [current time]** to adjust the start time, **Keep Original Time** to check in without changing it, or **Cancel** to abort. - **Missing Waivers prompt** β If waivers are required and not all guests have signed, a warning appears. Click **Continue** to check in anyway, or **Cancel** to send guests back to complete waivers first. Once confirmed, the button changes to **Undo Check In** and the reservation status updates to **Checked In**.
Change status manually (optional)
Click the status badge next to the reservation number (e.g., **Upcoming**, **Checked In**) to open a dropdown. Select a new status directly: | Status | When to use | |---|---| | Upcoming | Reservation is confirmed but guests haven't arrived | | Checked In | Guests are at the venue and activity has started | | Completed | Activity is finished | | No Show | Guests did not arrive |
Take additional actions (optional)
Click **Actions** in the top-right of the detail panel to open the actions menu.
