Modify a reservation from host app
Floor staff can modify reservations directly from the Host App — changing time, duration, resources, or guest count — without needing to access the admin dashboard.

Find the reservation
In the Host App, navigate to the Check-In list or Floor map and locate the reservation to modify.

Open the reservation
Tap the reservation to open the Reservation Info panel.
Check-In

Tap Edit/Modify
Tap the "Modify" or edit button within the reservation info panel.
Check-In

Change the details
Update the date, time, duration, lane/resource assignment, or guest count as needed.
Check-In

Save changes
Tap Save to apply the changes. The floor map and reservation list update immediately.
