Google Reservations lets guests book directly from your Google Business listing on Maps and Search. Rex integrates with Google Actions Center (GAC) to power this.
Verify your Google Business Profile
Ensure your Google Business Profile is verified and your venue information is accurate and up to date.
Contact Rex support
Google Reservations setup requires coordination with the Rex team. Email support@reservewithrex.com to initiate the activation.
Complete Google's requirements
Google requires your venue to meet minimum booking volume thresholds and quality standards before enabling the integration.
Configure in admin once approved
Once approved, navigate to Settings → Integrations → Google Reservations and configure which packages are available via Google.
Verify live bookings
After activation, test by searching your venue on Google Maps and confirming the Reserve button appears.
