Look up a guest and view their profile
Find a guest by name, phone, or email and review their contact info, booking history, and waiver status.
Navigate to Guests
The page lists all guests with columns for Name, Phone, Email, Last Visit, Reservations, and Total Spent.
Search for the guest
Type a name, phone number, or email address into the **Search** bar at the top right. The list filters as you type. To narrow results further, use the status tabs — **Upcoming**, **Checked In**, **Completed**, **No Show**, or **Members** — or click **Filter** to build a custom filter.
Click the guest's row
Click anywhere on the guest's row to open their profile.
Review contact info
The **Guest Details** card on the left shows the guest's name, phone number, and email. Click **Edit** to update the name or phone number. Email cannot be changed.
View booking statistics
The **Overview** section shows a summary of the guest's activity across all visits.
Browse reservation history
The **Reservation History** panel lists all past and upcoming bookings. Click a reservation row to go to that reservation's check-in view. For upcoming reservations, **Modify**, **Cancel**, and **Info** actions are available directly from the card.
Check waiver status
The **Waivers** card appears on the profile if the guest has signed any waivers. Each waiver shows the template name, the date it was signed, and an **Active** or **Inactive** badge. Click the document icon on an active waiver to open the signed document in a new tab.

| Total Spent | Cumulative spend across all reservations. |
| Total Visits | Total completed visits shown in the Overview panel. |
| Total Guests | Combined guest count across all reservations. |
| Avg. Guests | Average party size per reservation. |
| Cancellations | Number of reservations the guest has cancelled. |
| Total Spend | Sum of all charges on the guest's account. |
| Avg. Spend | Average spend per reservation. |
