Find and view signed waivers
There are two ways to find a signed waiver: the dedicated Waivers page — best for browsing and auditing every submission — or the Waivers section on an individual reservation.
From the Waivers page
Open the Waivers page
Tap the burger menu in the top left, then select Waivers. The full list loads with a total count below the header.
Search for a guest
Type a name or email in the Search by name or email field. The list filters as you type.
Filter by status or date
Click Filter, set the options you need, then click See Results. A badge shows the active filter count; click Clear All to reset.
Open a signed waiver
In a Signed row, click View. The signed document opens as a PDF in a new tab.
Columns
| Field | Description |

| Name | Guest's first and last name. |
| Guest's email address. | |
| Waiver | The waiver template the guest was asked to sign. |
| Signed | Date the guest signed the waiver. |
| Expires | Date the signed waiver expires. |
| Status | Current state: **Signed**, **Pending**, or **Expired**. |
Filter options
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Status | Show all submissions, signed only, or pending (sent but not yet signed). |
| Date From | Show submissions signed on or after this date. |
| Date To | Show submissions signed on or before this date. |
From a reservation
Open the reservation
Find and open the reservation you want to check.
Find the Waivers section
In the reservation detail view, scroll to the Waivers (or Guest Documents) section.
Check status and open
Each guest shows their status — Signed, Not Signed, or Not Required. Click a signed waiver to open the document.
