Create a temporary or holiday schedule
Override your regular schedule for specific dates by creating a temporary schedule with adjusted hours or pricing.
Navigate to the package you want to adjust
Open the package that needs a temporary schedule change for specific dates.
Create a new schedule or clone your main schedule
Inside the package, either add a new schedule or clone your existing main schedule. Cloning preserves the same time frames so you only need to adjust what changes.
Set the schedule name and date range
Rename the schedule to something descriptive like "Holiday Hours" and set the start and end dates to cover only the temporary period.
Set the priority higher than your main schedule
The temporary schedule must have a higher priority number than your main schedule. This ensures it takes precedence during the dates you specified.
Enter the adjusted start times, end times, or prices
Modify the hours or pricing for the days within your temporary date range. Only the days that fall within the start and end dates will be affected.
Save your temporary schedule
Click save to activate the temporary schedule. It will only apply during the dates you set and your main schedule handles everything else.
