Swap classes for one week
If you have a fixed class schedule but need to swap two classes for one week, you can use temporary schedules to turn one class on and the other off for a single day, without modifying your permanent schedule.
Enable the replacement class
Navigate to the class you want to add
Open the package for the class you want to temporarily enable on a different day.
Create a temporary schedule for the swap day
Add a new schedule with the start and end dates both set to the specific day you want the class to run.
Set the priority higher than the main schedule
Make sure the temporary schedule's priority is higher than your regular schedule so it takes precedence.
Toggle on the day and configure settings
Enable the day of the week, turn on Start Time Only, and set the time and price for the class.
Hide the original class for that day
Navigate to the class being replaced
Open the package for the class you want to temporarily disable.
Create a temporary schedule on the same day
Add a new schedule with start and end dates set to the day you are hiding this class. Set the priority higher than the main schedule.
Save without toggling on the day
Click Save without enabling the day of the week. Leaving the day toggled off disables the package for that date only.
Verify on the reservation page
Check your reservation page for the swap date to confirm the replacement class appears and the original class is hidden.
